Fam, if you’ve been paying attention and I pray you have, you’ve noticed that I’ve been on a technology kick lately.
Tuesday, I wrote a post about “Mindbloomers” – a productivity game. Wednesday, I shared info about “Write or Die,” a program/app that kills writers block and forces you to write by avoiding consequences for distraction and procrastination.
And today, in honor of “Thank You Thursday,” I’m grateful to present to you Happy Tapper’s Gratitude Journal. A fun, interactive way to track your gratefulness daily, the Gratitude Journal app has been seen on “Good Morning America” and “Oprah.”
Here’s how it works — First, start by jotting down five things a day that you’re grateful for at least a month. Then you can add photos, rate the day with bookmarks and record the weather.
Simple, right? I know!
Also, Fam, I can tell you from my own experience gratitude journaling the old-fashioned way that if you do this, it won’t be long before you’ll start to see your attitude and outlook on life change.
The app – here’s the link, Gratitude Journal – only costs a cool .99 to download. Compatible with the iPad and iPod Touch, it requires iPhone OS 4.3 or later and Happy Tapper also offers the Vision Board and Little Buddha apps for more gratitude fun.
Now as I told you on Tuesday, I , unfortunately, don’t have an iPhone or iPad, so that throws me out of the running for this life improving app. But I know a bunch of yaw are Apple heads, so get your happy on and get to downloading!
Not so fast, Fam. You know the deal. Try the app and come back here to testify and answer this burning question — How has Happy Tapper’s Gratitude Journal app enriched your life? O.K.? Thanx!
